Matt Hillbrand has been the visionary force behind Kodru-Mooney since its establishment in 2009, serving as its esteemed founder and president for the past 15 years. His steadfast leadership and innovative approach have been instrumental in steering the company towards success.
In 2004, Matt embarked on his journey in the waterworks industry, laying the foundation for his illustrious career. He began his professional odyssey with a manufacturers’ rep firm, where he honed his expertise and passion for the field. This pivotal experience marked the inception of his remarkable trajectory in the industry.

Ryan Carroll

Sales Territory Manager

Ryan Carroll joined Kodru Mooney as Territory Sales Manager for Iowa and Nebraska in June 2023.
Prior to Kodru Mooney, Ryan was the National Sales Training Manager at Mueller Water Products for over 4 years, where he developed training programs and created a community of over 1,250 water professionals.
Ryan also held various roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space and served in the U.S. Army for over eight years.
Ryan received a B.S. degree in Project Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Applied Science in Unmanned Aircraft Systems Pilot from Cochise College.
He is currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business
